Environmental Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and budget management while providing consistent updates to stakeholders.

• Facilitate effective communication and coordination with clients, team members, and external contractors to ensure a mutual understanding of project goals and deliverables.

• Monitor timesheets and expenses, ensuring accurate oversight of ongoing project costs.

• Generate comprehensive reports and manage project documentation within shared folders and databases.

• Draft and review proposals for projects, which may include bid documents or specific pricing sheets for current clients.

• It would be advantageous if you can assist with:

• Overseeing the execution of our marketing and sales initiatives.

• Developing and tracking budgets and profit & loss statements for projects.

• Ensuring the accuracy of data presented in reports.

• This role requires nightshift work, with typical shifts concluding around 1 AM IST.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.

• Proficient in tools such as Jira, Trello, Airtable, MS Project, or similar software.

• At least 2 years of experience managing construction or environmental projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a similar discipline.

• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance standards.
