This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +16 more states.

β’ Accountable for the effective management of all aspects of multiple contract scopes of work (SOWs), including the creation and maintenance of project schedules and budgets.
β’ Oversees a team of TEL project managers and technical personnel to formulate technical strategies and cost proposals in response to client requests for proposals (RFPs), assists the management team during contract negotiations, and leads project professionals, technicians, and support staff in executing contracts.
β’ Acts as the primary liaison (POC) for designated government client(s), ensuring that all client expectations are met or surpassed.
β’ Recognizes work requests or requirements that fall outside the contract and promptly communicates these out-of-scope items to the client and the General Manager.
β’ Collaborates with corporate and project-level safety and quality management teams to guarantee that all contracts comply with relevant safety and quality standards.
β’ Detects safety and quality concerns related to contract execution and, when necessary, devises and implements corrective measures.
β’ Conducts monthly program/project budget assessments to track financial status, verify expenditures, perform what-if analyses, and ensure that company-wide financial objectives are achieved.
β’ Reports directly to the general manager and aids in the development of budgets, strategic ambitions, and long-term growth plans.
β’ At least 15 years of experience in environmental consulting; additional years of experience are preferred.
β’ A minimum of 8 years in project management, demonstrating the capability to successfully complete projects.
β’ Experience serving as project or client manager for the US Army Corps of Engineers, US Air Force, US Navy, EPA, or other significant government agencies involved in environmental restoration or compliance is required.
β’ Proven experience leading proposal/capture initiatives for federal agencies.
β’ Strong working relationships with federal clients and/or agencies are essential.
β’ Self-motivated, with the ability to proactively manage contracts and experience leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
β’ Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills are required.
β’ Must hold a valid driver's license with a clean and satisfactory driving record.
β’ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
β’ Must be capable of obtaining clearance to access military bases and other federal government installations to perform job responsibilities.
