• Act as a consultant and partner to business executives throughout Europe.

• Convert intricate regulatory mandates into actionable guidance.

• Create and lead initiatives aimed at enhancing workplace safety.

• Perform root cause analyses and communicate improvement opportunities to leadership.

• Design, execute, and refine EH&S programs that align with IDEXX's core values.

• Identify, assess, and proactively manage workplace risks.

• Organize program evaluations and disseminate best practices across regions.

• Stay informed on European EH&S regulations to ensure compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Occupational Health + Safety, Environmental Science, or a similar field.

• Proficiency in both French and English is crucial; knowledge of additional European languages is a significant asset.

• Familiarity and practical experience with current European EH&S regulations.

• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities across various levels of organizational leadership.

• Proven experience in engaging and influencing operational leaders.

• A history of simplifying regulatory complexities into practical, people-focused programs.
