This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients.
• Showcase and apply outstanding knowledge of industry standards and regulations through onsite audits, employee training sessions, and regulatory engagement.
• Reduce risks to boost client profitability.
• Arrange a quarterly visitation schedule to enhance travel efficiency.
• Create various compliance documentation as required.
• Aid in the development, implementation, and monitoring of accident prevention initiatives and policies.
• Communicate and enforce environmental management compliance systems.
• Contribute to the company's growth by delivering exceptional customer service and documenting referrals or sales leads on an annual basis.
• Foster positive relationships with dealer group management for KPA clients and the State Dealer Association Management.
• A Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science/Engineering, Safety Studies, or related fields is preferred.
• A minimum of three years of experience in Environmental Health & Safety is preferred.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships at all organizational levels, both internally and externally.
• Proficient in public speaking, with experience addressing audiences of up to 300 individuals.
• Capable of effectively engaging with senior management and stakeholders within client organizations.
• Demonstrated history of building and collaborating within effective teams.
• Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and interact professionally with customers and external contacts.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to work independently.
• Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, Microsoft Outlook, and mobile applications.
• Must be willing to travel overnight for approximately 1-2 weeks per quarter.
