• Oversee playable environments from initial concept to final execution.
• Create photorealistic assets and environments.
• Collaborate closely with the level design team and fellow artists to realize concepts.
• Organize, estimate, and prioritize timelines for task completion while monitoring progress.
• Assist in identifying and resolving bugs, including those related to performance and budget constraints.
• Apply feedback from the Director and Leads into your work effectively.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve the desired quality and technical precision.
• Help establish best practices for our production workflows.
• Engage in brainstorming and concept development sessions, contributing innovative ideas and approaches.
• An outstanding portfolio showcasing the creation of high-quality photorealistic environments.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in game development as an Environment Artist.
• Proven experience in developing AAA titles for PC and/or console platforms.
• Extensive knowledge of game environment development processes, including sculpting, retopology, baking, UVs, and texturing.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• A strong sense of self-motivation and initiative.
• Proficiency in Unreal Engine 5, Maya, 3Ds Max, Blender, Z Brush, and Adobe Substance Suite.
