• Engage with clients primarily through online channels

• Cultivate meaningful relationships with clients

• Offer financial education to clients

• Assess clients’ financial objectives

• Create tailored financial plans to assist clients in reaching their goals

• Support families in their pursuit of financial independence and enhancing their quality of life

• Complete training and progress towards management and leadership roles

• Must reside and work in the United States

• Must have the legal right to work and live in the United States

• Must successfully pass a background check with no felony convictions

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities

• Capability to collaborate effectively within a team

• Detail-oriented and able to follow up on tasks

• Ability to perform well under pressure while maintaining a positive demeanor

• Proficient in multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time efficiently

• Openness to initiating a training program as an entry-level Wealth Manager

• No prior finance experience required
