Entry-Level Financial Professional

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Engage with clients primarily through online platforms

• Cultivate significant relationships with clients

• Deliver financial education to clients

• Recognize clients' financial aspirations

• Create tailored financial plans to assist clients in reaching their goals

• Support families in their pursuit of financial independence and enhancing their quality of life

• Complete training and progress towards management and leadership roles

• Participate in introductory phone calls and follow the subsequent selection and onboarding processes

• Must reside and work within the United States

• Must have the legal right to work and live in the United States

• Must successfully pass a background check with no felony convictions

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities

• Competence in working collaboratively in a team setting

• Detail-oriented with a capacity to follow up on tasks

• Ability to perform effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive demeanor

• Skilled in multitasking, prioritizing, and efficiently managing time

• Willingness to embark on an entry-level Wealth Manager training program

• No prior finance experience required
