• Help customers with technical challenges, efficiently troubleshooting products and services.
• Keep precise records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
• Work alongside technical teams to escalate and resolve intricate issues.
• Participate in the ongoing enhancement of customer service processes.
• Remain informed about the company's products and advancements in technology.
• Native fluency in Dutch and a B2 level proficiency in English (both spoken and written) are mandatory.
• Basic knowledge or a keen interest in technology and technical products.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills along with a customer-focused approach.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the tech industry.
• Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• **Prior experience in customer service is an advantage but not essential.**
• **Must possess an EU passport.**
