Entrance Security Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Lead or assist in the deployment, setup, and calibration of Evolv, CEIA OpenGate, and other security screening systems.

• Perform on-site troubleshooting and basic repairs to ensure optimal system uptime.

• Oversee system sensitivity adjustments, data resets, and network configurations (NETID, CEIA app, etc.).

• Manage equipment load-in/load-out processes, including packing, labeling, and logistics for outbound shipments.

• Communicate directly with clients to discuss system performance, data insights, and operational recommendations.

• Provide on-site briefings and training for event security personnel and venue teams.

• Maintain comprehensive technical logs, event reports, and post-event documentation.

• Ensure that all operations adhere to Ingressotek’s safety, compliance, and data security protocols.

• Collaborate with project management teams to enhance performance and client satisfaction.

• Ability to complete the Evolv Technical Training or CEIA Technical Certification.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: security/weapons screening technology or technical field operations; stadium or event security operations incorporating technology; event operations involving setup, calibration, or technical systems.

• Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments.

• Strong communication skills with various stakeholders (clients, vendors, and internal teams).

• High level of proficiency in using tablets, applications, and networked systems.

• Physically capable of moving, assembling, and managing sensitive equipment.

• Willingness to travel regularly and work extended hours.

• Familiarity with: CEIA app and NETID Anywhere; system calibration and interference/noise management; system reset procedures, packing/unpacking protocols, and shipping verification.

• Experience in managing contract labor or event staff.
