This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive enterprise sales initiatives concentrating on systems integration, AI-driven solutions, and extensive digital transformation projects.
• Initiate and spearhead the pursuit of opportunities exceeding $2M through proactive prospecting, collaboration with partners (such as Adobe and other tech platforms), and building executive relationships.
• Develop deal strategies across intricate buying committees, effectively managing lengthy sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Coordinate proposal creation and presentations across various practices (strategy, experience, creative, engineering, data, and delivery), ensuring a unified narrative and a successful approach.
• Act as an executive sponsor for key client engagements when necessary to ensure alignment at the senior level and maintain momentum.
• Represent Code and Theory in the marketplace by creating thought leadership content (articles, speaking events, webinars) on topics related to enterprise transformation.
• Function autonomously in a dynamic environment, adopting a strategic, entrepreneurial mindset to cultivate pipeline, influence results, and drive growth.
• Over 10 years of experience in selling intricate professional services (digital transformation, systems integration, technology/experience consulting, or similar) across diverse sectors.
• Proven history of closing enterprise-level deals, including engagements of $2M or more, demonstrating strong deal discipline and accountability for forecasts.
• Executive presence with the skill to establish trust among C-suite stakeholders and influence agendas linked to transformative business outcomes.
• Established ability to lead complex pursuits from start to finish—aligning internal teams, partners, and client stakeholders throughout extended sales cycles.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity with a self-motivated attitude, strategic insight, and entrepreneurial enthusiasm.
• Experience working with technology partners/ecosystems (Adobe experience is advantageous) to collaboratively create opportunities and enhance credibility.
• In-depth vertical expertise is a plus, in addition to comprehensive enterprise sales experience.
