• Implement, support, and maintain the enterprise’s AuthX Tap-N-Go authentication solution across all urgent care locations.
• Ensure smooth integration with Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta, Epic EMR, and other enterprise systems.
• Provide assistance for enterprise-level technology applications as necessary.
• Deploy and configure the AuthX Tap-N-Go software on Windows workstations and badge readers.
• Support the Proof of Concept (POC), pilot, and complete rollout phases of the solution implementation.
• Aid in the implementation of enterprise identity/access technology solutions in both existing and new sites.
• Monitor system logs and access patterns for any anomalies.
• Develop user manuals and create training materials for designated team members.
• Collaborate with IT Support to establish the Tap-N-Go capability support model, ensuring that documentation for support is accessible.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in IT support or systems engineering, ideally in healthcare settings.
• Proven experience with implementing and supporting badge-based authentication solutions in a large, geographically distributed organization (AuthX preferred).
• Demonstrated product ownership of a Tap-N-Go solution (operation, maintenance, enhancements, support, etc.).
• Experience in vendor coordination and conducting POC testing.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare IT compliance standards.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise identity and access management technologies, including Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta, SailPoint, and Windows workstation authentication.
• Experience in supporting and integrating badge-based / Tap-N-Go authentication solutions, including Epic EMR and other enterprise applications (Epic experience preferred).
• Proficiency in Active Directory administration, Group Policy (GPO), Intune, and Windows workstation configuration.
• Experience providing Tier 2/3 technical support for enterprise applications, including authentication, access, and file transfer solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities across hardware, software, and application integrations.
• Knowledge of security, compliance, and risk considerations in healthcare or regulated environments.
• Capability to create, maintain, and adhere to technical and operational documentation, including configurations, procedures, and escalation paths.
• Experience collaborating with vendors, IT partners, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
• Ability to articulate technical concepts and solution designs clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to present to stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and informally lead or influence across functional areas.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
