• Set clear benchmarks for delivery health, including definitions of “done,” success criteria, and outcome-based milestones throughout technology change initiatives.
• Evaluate program health regarding scope, timeline, budget, resources, and dependencies, identifying early warning signs before issues escalate into failures.
• Collaborate with program and technology leaders to uncover gaps, risks, or inconsistencies and assist in implementing corrective measures.
• Ensure there are no “obvious misses” that signal deviations from agreed-upon scope, sequencing, or financial expectations.
• Work alongside Technology leaders, Business Sponsors, and Finance partners to guarantee a mutual understanding of priorities, trade-offs, and delivery commitments.
• Act as a neutral and trusted intermediary when delivery challenges span multiple teams or functions.
• Ensure that financial, technical, and business perspectives are consistently integrated into delivery decisions.
• Lead quarterly sequencing and prioritization across the technology change portfolio, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and delivery capabilities.
• Identify common themes, risks, or opportunities across programs that may not be apparent within individual execution teams.
• Highlight cross-program dependencies, duplication of efforts, and resource conflicts, driving resolution through the appropriate governance forums.
• Provide clear, accurate, and credible delivery insights to senior leadership, the Executive Committee, and the Board.
• Convert complex delivery data into concise, decision-oriented reports focused on outcomes, risks, and necessary actions.
• Support enterprise governance forums with evidence-based assessments and recommendations.
• Serve as a structured escalation pathway for delivery risks, priority conflicts, and resource limitations.
• Facilitate timely escalation with clear options, implications, and recommendations.
• Ensure that issues are resolved at the appropriate level, with accountability and follow-through.
• Assist in shaping delivery standards, frameworks, and operational rhythms across the Delivery Centre.
• Continuously enhance the methods for assessing, communicating, and acting upon delivery health.
• Contribute to the development of the Delivery Centre as a trusted enterprise capability.
• 7-10+ years of experience in technology delivery, transformation, change leadership, or portfolio management roles.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent technology change programs within complex organizations.
• Strong grasp of software delivery, technology platforms, and enterprise change dynamics.
• Experience collaborating with senior technology leaders, business executives, and finance stakeholders.
