Enterprise Technical Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement an Enterprise Account strategy that includes identifying technical approaches to increase share of wallet among current clients by exploring whitespace opportunities, collaborating closely with product and customer success teams to enhance product adoption.

• Serve as the primary contact for customer health, taking ownership of the overall account strategy, handling legal and billing matters, and driving increased utilization of the Helpshift platform and services.

• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on pipeline opportunities and track progress towards quarterly revenue objectives.

• Manage and respond to customer requests for information (RFI) and proposals (RFP).

• Leverage existing connections within the gaming industry to create new opportunities for Keywords, particularly focusing on introducing Player Engagement Services.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in Account Management supporting clients in the Game Industry.

• Proven track record of engaging with Game Publishers at the highest organizational levels (CxO, Studio Head, SVP, VP, etc.).

• Experience in managing and growing a current portfolio of business exceeding $20M+ in Annual Contract Value (ACV).

• Background in selling or working within the Player Engagement ecosystem.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to serve as a ‘trusted advisor’ to our clients.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Willingness to travel as necessary.

• Must be self-driven and capable of functioning effectively in a remote work environment.
