Enterprise Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in enhancing system efficiencies and resolving issues related to enterprise systems.

• Implement new functionalities for business units and their members.

• Maintain a thorough technical understanding of enterprise systems while supporting various business units.

• Offer technical assistance to address both business and technical challenges.

• Execute solutions to rectify issues and enhance operational efficiencies.

• Educate business units about new functionalities introduced by vendors.

• Engage in the analysis, design, configuration, testing, and support of data management and integration solutions.

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in enterprise-level projects.

• Provide technical leadership in the assessment and scoping of new initiatives.

• Act as a point of contact for business units regarding system capabilities.

• Collaborate with systems vendors on strategic initiatives.

• Participate in special projects as assigned by IT management.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 years of experience in the financial services sector as a Business or Systems Analyst.

• 3 years of project management experience in leading and facilitating both IT projects and cross-functional business improvement initiatives.

• Over 1 year of experience in gathering user requirements for scoping exercises.

• Experience in implementing integrated business application solutions.

• Familiarity with information systems development and project management methodologies and techniques.

• Strong comprehension of the financial industry's goals and drivers.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and overall presentation skills.

• Proven analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.

• Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, gather requirements, understand complexities (including the interplay between needs/wants, legal compliance, system capabilities, etc.), and develop thoughtful solutions.

• Proficient in a project management software tool.

• Strong customer service orientation.
