Enterprise Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in enhancing system efficiencies, address enterprise system challenges, and implement new functionalities.

• Collaborate with business units to elevate the member experience.

• Manage daily responsibilities while participating in various project implementation teams.

• Maintain comprehensive technical knowledge of the enterprise systems in use.

• Offer technical support to ensure that both business and technical issues are resolved promptly and effectively.

• Implement solutions to address problems, enhance efficiencies, and improve the member experience.

• Educate business units about new functionalities and product offerings.

• Engage in analysis, design, system configurations, testing, and support related to data management and integration solutions.

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and a team member on enterprise projects.

• Assess and define new initiatives involving systems for the organization.

• Serve as a liaison to various business units.

• Collaborate with systems vendors to ensure alignment with credit union objectives.

• Participate in special projects as assigned by IT management.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial services sector as a Business or Systems Analyst.

• At least 3 years of project management experience leading and facilitating IT projects as well as cross-functional business improvement initiatives.

• Over 1 year of experience in gathering user requirements for scoping exercises.

• Experience in implementing integrated business application solutions.

• Familiarity with information systems development and project management methodologies and techniques.

• Strong understanding of the financial industry's goals and drivers.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and overall presentation skills.

• Proven analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

• Demonstrated capability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, gather requirements, understand complexities (interrelations between needs/wants, legal compliance, system capacities, etc.), and devise thoughtful solutions.

• Proficient in a project management software tool.

• Strong customer service aptitude.
