Enterprise Strategist – Chief Architect, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the strategic direction, development, positioning, and ongoing enhancement of CDW's AI advisory consulting portfolio.

• Create advisory standards, estimation models, delivery guides, sales enablement materials, thought leadership initiatives, and reusable assets.

• Keep an eye on AI advisory market trends, customer requirements, regulatory considerations, ethical standards, and patterns of adoption.

• Educate sales teams, assist with opportunity qualification, and spearhead complex AI advisory efforts.

• Facilitate executive discussions, discovery sessions, and workshops.

• Draft proposals, Statements of Work, Letters of Understanding, business cases, RFP responses, estimates, and change request scopes.

• Provide guidance to customers on AI strategy, governance, operational models, adoption, prioritization, roadmaps, and business value realization.

• Convert customer objectives into actionable use cases, roadmaps, financial considerations, adoption strategies, and operational recommendations.

• Collaborate with technical solution groups and partners to create integrated AI solutions.

• Assess solution viability, question assumptions, identify risks, and work with technical specialists.

• Ensure the quality of advisory delivery, adherence to solution standards, delivery methodologies, risk management, and methodology compliance.

• Review and approve key deliverables for AI advisory projects.

• Act as an escalation point for challenges related to solution delivery.

• Engage in project delivery while offering advisory expertise and project oversight.

• Achieve billable utilization targets for project oversight.

• Recommend staffing for projects.

• Create and implement a professional development plan.

• Mentor and coach delivery and presales team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of experience in artificial intelligence, AI strategy, AI governance, data science, machine learning, analytics, or similar technology consulting fields, or 14 years of experience in those areas.

• Background in AI governance, organizational change management, operating model design, responsible AI considerations, and business adoption planning.

• Familiarity with AI technologies, data foundations, architectures, and implementation methodologies.

• Proven experience in translating business objectives into AI advisory strategies, use cases, roadmaps, governance considerations, adoption strategies, and operational recommendations.

• Strong executive-level communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

• Capability to comprehend customer needs, shape advisory solutions, and lead challenging discussions.

• Proficiency in developing and communicating actionable strategic plans.

• Over 10 years of consulting experience is advantageous.

• Experience in developing advisory offerings, consulting methodologies, service frameworks, or go-to-market assets is a plus.

• Familiarity with supporting complex presales pursuits, executive discovery, and consulting solution positioning is beneficial.

• Relevant certifications or professional development in AI, governance, enterprise architecture, data, transformation, or related advisory fields is a plus.
