This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Document and comprehend the customer's current, future, and desired state, as well as their business objectives, challenges, capabilities, and IT investments.
• Deliver technical and strategic guidance from the initial solution design to the steady state, adhering to industry standards and 11:11 Systems' best practices.
• Act as the sole point of ownership for technology solutions.
• Establish and oversee effective governance practices and procedures within the contracted scope of responsibilities.
• Build highly productive relationships with customers and become a Trusted Advisor through thought leadership.
• Direct lifecycle management (LCM) activities to ensure technical documentation is up to date.
• Formulate recovery strategies to meet customer Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPO), and conduct periodic testing to verify recoverability.
• Manage service and relationship risk areas, taking proactive steps to mitigate them.
• Assist in securing contract renewals by documenting and articulating our value to the customer.
• Engage in engineering efforts necessary to develop new capabilities that satisfy customer requirements.
• Identify sales opportunities and collaborate with Account Executives to enhance revenue.
• Achieve or surpass SLA targets by implementing service management practices related to incident, change, and problem management.
• Create content and effectively lead Monthly Service Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and other strategic client meetings as requested by the customer.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of professional IT experience.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in an Enterprise-focused Technical Account Manager (TAM) role, Solution Architecture, and customer-facing service delivery.
• Preferred technology certifications, such as MCSE, CCIE, RHCE, VCP, CCDP, Cloud, etc.
• A minimum of one professional certification (e.g., ITILv3, TOGAF, PRINCE2, etc.), or equivalent demonstrable skills and experience.
• Functional knowledge and experience in the following areas: Windows Server Virtualization, including VMware & Hyper-V.
• Networking, including routing and switching, security, and firewalls.
• Storage and backup services/administration.
• Database knowledge, including an understanding of data models and data flows in complex multitier database and application environments.
• Unix/Linux BCP and DR scenarios/solutions.
• Familiarity with multi-tier application architecture design.
