This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Document and comprehend the customer's current and desired future state, business objectives, challenges, capabilities, and IT investments.

• Based on this comprehension, offer technical and strategic guidance from the initial solution design through to steady state, adhering to industry and 11:11 Systems best practices.

• Act as the primary point of accountability for technology solutions and coordinate global resources to enhance both customer and 11:11 Systems value.

• Implement and oversee effective governance practices and procedures across the contracted scope of responsibilities, including change, incident, request, event, problem, and vendor management.

• Build highly productive customer relationships and establish yourself as a Trusted Advisor by providing thought leadership to influence and enhance our value to the customer.

• Direct lifecycle management (LCM) activities to ensure updated technical documentation, including production and recovery configurations, application dependency maps, run books and procedures, patching schedules, overall solution architecture documents, recovery strategies/plans, and contract modifications.

• Formulate recovery strategies to meet customer RTO/RPO requirements and conduct periodic testing to validate recoverability.

• Manage service and relationship risk areas while taking proactive measures to mitigate them.

• Contribute to securing renewals for expiring contracts by effectively documenting and communicating our value to the customer.

• Engage in engineering efforts necessary to develop new capabilities that align with customer needs, documenting outcomes and sample deliverables.

• Identify sales opportunities and collaborate with Account Executives to increase revenue.

• Process customer self-service sales requests as needed.

• Meet or exceed SLA targets by promoting service management disciplines surrounding incident, change, and problem management.

• Create content and effectively facilitate Monthly Service Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and other strategic client meetings as requested by the customer.

• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, operating in alignment with 11:11’s Code of Business Ethics and Company Values.

• Responsibly receive, transmit, and manage company data and information in accordance with Company data handling agreements, work procedures, and policies.

• Review and adhere to company policies and guidelines, ensuring compliance with data privacy practices, including annual compliance training certification and policy acknowledgments.

• Additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 10 years of professional IT experience, with a minimum of 3 years in an Enterprise-focused Technical Account Manager role, Solution Architecture, and customer-facing service delivery experience in complex environments.

• Preferred technology certifications include MCSE, CCIE, RHCE, VCP, CCDP, Cloud, etc.

• At least one professional certification (e.g., ITILv3, TOGAF, PRINCE2, etc.), or equivalent demonstrable skills and experience.

• Functional knowledge and experience in the following areas: Windows Server Virtualization, including VMware & Hyper-V; Networking, including routing and switching, security, and firewalls.

• Storage and backup services administration; understanding of data models and data flows in complex multitier database and application environments.

• Experience with Unix/Linux BCP and DR scenarios/solutions.

• Knowledge of Multi-Tier Application architecture design.

• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.

• Problem-solving abilities to resolve technical issues effectively.

• Capability to train customers in using systems and software.

• Must be legally eligible to work without visa sponsorship.
