Enterprise Solutions Engineer, Finnish Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.

📋 Description

• Act as the subject matter expert for Verkada's comprehensive range of products and services.

• Communicate product value effectively to clients throughout the sales journey.

• Serve as a reliable advisor, addressing technical concerns while ensuring technical success.

• Contribute to regional growth and empower local partners.

• Deliver presentations on Verkada solutions to C-level executives, loss prevention managers, and IT directors.

• Collaborate with Account Executives and the Head of Northern Europe to formulate territory strategies.

• Design solutions that encompass network security, bandwidth needs, physical security products, cloud security RFPs/documents, and LTE deployments.

• Remain updated on the security and IoT sectors through conferences, presentations, and market leadership.

• Educate and train partners, customers, and internal teams on Verkada offerings.

• Author white papers and knowledge base articles regarding products, features, and integrations.

• Engage directly with customers and partners throughout the sales process, providing assistance with local compliance, deployment design, and technical support for territory account representatives.

• Travel may be necessary, up to 50% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Located in Helsinki (or willing to relocate).

• Proficient in English and Finnish; additional language skills are a plus.

• More than 5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, with a successful history of working with Fortune 500 companies.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information and Computer Technology, Networking, or IT Security from an accredited institution.

• Strong background in networking, including HTTPS/SSL, VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, NAT devices, DHCP servers, firewalls, and software systems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Finnish.

• Industry certifications, ideally including AWS, CCNA, CCDA, CCNP, MCSE, CEH, Security+, A+, Network+, Microsoft Azure, CISSP, or CSP.

• Familiarity with APIs, Python, and other programming languages is advantageous.

• Experience with Linux systems is preferred but not mandatory.

• Prior experience in a startup environment is beneficial but not essential.
