Enterprise Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Account Executives to oversee intricate enterprise sales cycles from initial discovery to proof-of-concept and final closure.

• Act as the technical lead throughout the enterprise sales journey.

• Conduct product demonstrations and technical assessments.

• Convert customer infrastructure and operational challenges into actionable solutions utilizing Resolve AI’s platform.

• Establish trusted customer relationships and function as a consultative technical advisor.

• Ensure technical success during pilot programs and deployments.

• Work alongside Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and impact roadmap decisions.

• Enhance technical messaging.

• Create and maintain reusable demo environments, playbooks, and sales engineering tools.

• Support a repeatable, scalable, and high-velocity go-to-market strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or a comparable customer-facing technical position.

• Ideally experienced in enterprise SaaS, DevOps, or AI.

• Demonstrated success in leading consultative sales processes with enterprise clients and multiple stakeholders.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.

• Proficient in Kubernetes.

• Strong comprehension of DevOps practices in cloud-native settings.

• Skills in infrastructure automation.

• Knowledge of security and compliance best practices in cloud-native environments.

• Ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical teams and executive leadership clearly.

• Adaptable, self-motivated mindset.
