Enterprise Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Conduct technical discovery calls to identify a prospect's identity stack, highlighting gaps in on-prem, cloud, SaaS, and custom applications.

• Provide customized, impactful product demonstrations that illustrate how Oak's identity graph integrates access reviews, JIT requests, and lifecycle management for humans, non-human identities (NHIs), and AI agents.

• Develop and implement Proofs of Value (POVs) with prospective clients.

• Manage technical responses to RFPs/RFIs and security-related questionnaires.

• Collaborate with Account Executives to create the technical strategy for each opportunity and address any deal impediments.

• Relay technical feedback from prospects and customers to Product and Engineering teams to enhance Oak's roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer within a cybersecurity or identity-focused organization (IAM, IGA, PAM, or related fields).

• Proficient understanding of IAM/IGA principles, including JML, access reviews, RBAC/ABAC, segregation of duties (SoD), SCIM, and SAML/OAuth.

• Comfortable conducting live technical demonstrations and POVs for both technical and executive audiences.

• Capable of translating intricate technical ideas into business risks and ROI for CISOs and compliance personnel.

• Strong sense of ownership - able to work independently in a dynamic startup environment.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, particularly in responding to RFPs and security questionnaires.
