Enterprise Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as a reliable technical consultant for enterprise clients and potential customers.

• Design and create observability solutions utilizing OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies.

• Convert enterprise customer needs into scalable, high-performing, and maintainable Dash0 implementations.

• Develop and carry out Proofs of Concept that showcase Dash0's technical strengths.

• Present technical demonstrations and presentations to both engineering and executive audiences.

• Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives throughout the sales process.

• Offer architectural guidance and best practices for observability configurations, telemetry data modeling, and OpenTelemetry collector design.

• Establish and sustain reusable demo environments, reference architectures, and POC templates.

• Collaborate with Product Management to deliver technical insights that shape the roadmap and prioritize features.

• Engage in activities across both Pre-Sales and Post-Sales.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive technical expertise in Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, observability pipelines, and distributed tracing.

• Practical experience with instrumentation, telemetry data ingestion, and performance enhancement.

• Strong comprehension of contemporary DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering methodologies.

• Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex observability concepts to engineers and C-suite executives.

• Capability to create and execute technical demonstrations, architectures, and Proofs of Concept that demonstrate business value.

• Ability to work collaboratively across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.

• Proficiency in English.

• Preferred: experience with HubSpot CRM.

• Preferred: contributions to technical content such as blog articles, conference presentations, or open-source documentation.

• Preferred: familiarity with the CNCF ecosystem and community.

• Preferred: experience in a fast-paced, venture-backed startup setting.
