Enterprise Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Serve as a reliable technical advisor to our largest clients and potential customers.

• Design and architect observability solutions utilizing OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies.

• Convert enterprise customer needs into scalable, efficient, and maintainable Dash0 implementations.

• Develop and implement Proofs of Concept that showcase Dash0’s technical capabilities.

• Present technical demonstrations and presentations to both engineering and executive audiences.

• Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives throughout the sales process.

• Provide architectural guidance and best practices for observability setups, telemetry data modeling, and OpenTelemetry collector design.

• Create and uphold reusable demo environments, reference architectures, and POC templates.

• Work in partnership with Product Management to offer technical insights that shape the product roadmap and feature priorities.

• Engage in both Pre-Sales and Post-Sales activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive technical expertise in Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, observability pipelines, and distributed tracing.

• Practical experience with instrumentation, telemetry data ingestion, and performance enhancement.

• Strong grasp of contemporary DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering methodologies.

• Capability to convey complex observability concepts to both engineers and executive decision-makers.

• Proficient in creating and executing technical demonstrations, architectures, and Proofs of Concept.

• Proven collaborative experience across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.

• Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot is a plus.

• Contributions to technical content such as blog articles, conference presentations, or open-source documentation are advantageous.

• Awareness of the CNCF ecosystem and community is desirable.

• Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment is a plus.

• Proficient in English.
