Enterprise Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Serve as a reliable technical advisor for enterprise clients and prospects.

• Design and architect observability solutions utilizing OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies.

• Convert enterprise customer needs into scalable, high-performance, and maintainable Dash0 implementations.

• Create and execute Proofs of Concept that showcase Dash0's technical capabilities.

• Present technical demonstrations and presentations aimed at both engineering and executive audiences.

• Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives throughout the sales process.

• Offer architecture guidance and best practices for observability setup, telemetry data modeling, and OpenTelemetry collector design.

• Develop and maintain reusable demo environments, reference architectures, and POC templates.

• Work alongside Product Management to provide technical insights for roadmap and feature prioritization.

• Engage in both Pre-Sales and Post-Sales activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive technical expertise in Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, observability pipelines, and distributed tracing.

• Practical experience with instrumentation, telemetry data ingestion, and performance optimization.

• Strong grasp of modern DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering methodologies.

• Exceptional communication skills for conveying observability concepts to engineers and executive stakeholders.

• Capability to create and execute technical demos, architectures, and Proofs of Concept that demonstrate business value.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.

• Proficiency in English.

• Knowledge of German, Dutch, or a Nordic language at C1 level is considered a bonus but not a mandatory requirement.

• Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot is a plus.

• Contributions to technical content are advantageous.

• Understanding of the CNCF ecosystem is a plus.

• Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup is a plus.
