This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to comprehend business requirements and craft a vision for innovative solutions that deliver increased value, effectively conveying this vision to clients.
• Conduct in-depth discussions with clients to identify their pain points and functional business requirements.
• Lead software and field demonstrations, along with training and educational sessions.
• Develop compelling value propositions alongside Sales that clearly articulate how the proposed solution addresses the client's unique business needs and challenges.
• Ensure thorough documentation of new opportunities is provided to the operational and development teams, facilitating efficient support of the solution.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of new solutions into existing operational workflows.
• Identify, summarize, and communicate business requirements for enhanced solutions to Product Management, aiming to inform future solutions.
• Bachelor of Science (BS) or Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree.
• Over 3 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years in roles such as Solutions Consultant, Pre-Sales Engineer, or Business Analyst.
• Proficient understanding of AGILE development practices.
• Willingness to develop knowledge of the agricultural and/or animal health industry.
• Expertise in gathering software/data requirements and transforming that information into a creative vision for a new solution.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with effective presentation abilities.
• Exceptional analytical skills and conceptual thinking capabilities.
• Proven ability to influence and execute successfully in a matrix environment.
• Demonstrated aptitude to interface with clients effectively.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize them accordingly.
• Must display a high level of self-motivation, creativity, and initiative.
• A team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to meet clients at their offices.
