Enterprise Solutions Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Assist throughout the entire customer lifecycle—from initial pre-sales evaluations to deployment, training, user adoption, and subsequent post-sales growth.

• Facilitate successful deployments, educate hospital personnel, analyze usage metrics, and help identify new opportunities for workflow automation.

• Support project managers in implementing deployment strategies and monitoring progress.

• Aid in on-site robot installation, route mapping, testing, and configuration processes.

• Create documentation, schedules, and resource plans for go-live initiatives.

• Oversee early usage, collect feedback, and assist customers in achieving stable adoption.

• Monitor utilization metrics, delivery volumes, and customer insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, technology support, field services, or solution delivery.

• Excellent communication skills and comfort engaging directly with customer stakeholders.

• Capability to handle multiple tasks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and work autonomously.

• Willingness to travel to customer locations (20–40%).

• Background in hardware/software deployments, mobile devices, or automation technology.

• Prior experience with logistics workflows, hospital support services, or clinical project work.

• Experience in delivering training or providing support to end-users in a healthcare setting.

• Must be located in the state of Florida.
