This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to aid prospective customers in successfully implementing Ashby.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers to outline and design implementation strategies for intricate enterprise opportunities.
• Convert the needs and constraints of prospective customers into a customized path to go-live, including an implementation strategy, success milestones, and necessary service offerings to support the customer.
• Align customer stakeholders, including executives, on desired outcomes, timelines, and responsibilities.
• Draft, negotiate, and finalize Statements of Work (SOWs) in accordance with Professional Services best practices and offerings that accurately reflect the required scope, effort, and sequencing.
• Engage in the Sales handoff process to guarantee a smooth transition of recommendations and expectations to the post-sales team.
• Ensure consistency between pre-sales commitments and post-sales execution by participating in kickoff calls for customers with complex or highly customized recommended approaches.
• Identify trends across opportunities (what works, what doesn’t) and leverage these insights to enhance our Enterprise Sales strategy in collaboration with Leadership.
• Improve the introduction and scoping of services within the sales cycle.
• Contribute to playbooks, frameworks, and resources that enhance our approach to selling and delivering services.
• Over 5 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS in areas such as Solutions Consulting, Professional Services, or Management Consulting.
• Strong capability to analyze business processes and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder deals that have significant implementation components.
• Comfortable collaborating with both pre-sales and post-sales teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence executives and align cross-functional teams.
• Strong judgment and the ability to balance customer needs, business outcomes, and operational feasibility.
• You'll have the time to perform tasks correctly; we prioritize high-quality work and minimize quick fixes.
• You will have the opportunity to sell a product that genuinely excites our prospects and customers.
