This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Oversee a portfolio of customer accounts within the CXO solutions.
• Assist customers during the onboarding and implementation phases by collaborating with delivery teams.
• Foster adoption, ensure overall health, facilitate value realization, and prepare for renewals.
• Establish trust and cultivate robust relationships with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Possess expertise in key product use cases and anticipated outcomes.
• Proactively interact with customers to assess the ROI achieved from Adobe solutions.
• Detect opportunities for expansion based on product usage insights and the evolving needs of customers.
• At least 5 years of prior experience in customer success, account management, or sales within a high-tech (SaaS) environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Marketo, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Platform, or comparable solutions.
• Proven experience in formulating strategies for assigned accounts to maximize technology solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects from inception to completion.
• Familiarity with establishing trusted relationships with executive sponsors and end users.
• Experience managing a complete sales cycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
