Enterprise Solution Engineer

📋 Description

• Accountable for the design and implementation of enterprise-level platform solutions

• Ensure dependable technical execution within an Agile delivery framework

• Guide engineering team members in their tasks

• Spearhead solution design, executing intricate workflows, integrations, and AI functionalities

• Oversee platform health and performance metrics

• Provide technical guidance within Agile methodologies

• Align platform operations with governance standards and total cost of ownership objectives

• Create complex, cross-functional automation solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Public Health, or a related discipline

• 5 years of experience in ServiceNow engineering OR experience with enterprise SaaS platforms

• 5 years of expertise in platform architecture, integration patterns, governance, security, and lifecycle management

• 5 years of in-depth multi-module ServiceNow knowledge in ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and SPM

• 8 years of experience in ServiceNow engineering OR experience with enterprise SaaS platforms

• Certified System Administrator in ServiceNow

• Licensure in ServiceNow certification (CAD and module certifications)
