This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete architecture in the Execution sector, focusing on Blue Yonder Transportation Management Systems.
• Create scalable, top-tier solutions across Transportation Management, Network, Warehouse Management, visibility, and interoperability workflows.
• Collaborate with executive customer stakeholders to convert business strategies into solution architectures.
• Lead comprehensive solution design across transportation processes, integrations, and Cognitive Agentic AI components.
• Serve as the solution authority for intricate transformational programs.
• Guide business process analysis, solution design, and deployment execution across order collaboration, transportation planning, transportation execution, in-transit visibility, financials, and reporting.
• Advise customers on industry and agentic AI best practices.
• Develop integration strategies and guarantee seamless data and process flow.
• Ensure a successful go-live through validation, issue resolution, and data integrity checks.
• Act as the main point of contact among project managers, architects, executives, clients, and consultants.
• Mentor Blue Yonder associates in both project and practice capacities.
• Identify and pursue incremental revenue opportunities within current engagements.
• Assist with effort estimation, resource planning, and business value impact assessments.
• At least 7 years of specific implementation experience with Blue Yonder’s Transportation Management solution.
• Familiarity with execution-based workflows involving Transportation, Warehousing, and visibility solutions.
• Preferred knowledge of planning and transportation interoperable workflows.
• Experience in Transportation Modeling and Logistics Procurement implementation.
• Background as a Blue Yonder customer or consultant implementing Blue Yonder solutions is preferred.
• Proven success in leading enterprise-scale TMS implementations, including complex, multi-phase transformation initiatives.
• Relevant solutions consulting and implementation experience with Oracle, Manhattan, or SAP supply chain planning solutions may be accepted.
• Strong business analysis capabilities.
• Understanding and application of statistical algorithms.
• Knowledge of inventory optimization principles.
• Awareness of tactical planning’s influence on the overall supply chain.
• Capability to prepare and deliver presentations for users, management, and executive audiences.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• A bachelor’s degree and relevant industry experience may be considered as a substitute for an advanced degree.
• An advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or Operations Research is preferred.
