Enterprise Software Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of RTA's most significant and intricate customer engagements from the moment the contract is signed through to a successful go-live, acting as the main point of contact for customer relationships throughout the implementation process.

• Collaborate across Sales, Fleet Consulting, Training, Support, and Customer Success Management, while personally handling the cleaning, compiling, and migration of each customer's data into Fleet360.

• Guide fleet managers through critical configuration choices, identifying risks before they impact the project timeline.

• Execute data cleanup, compilation, and migration into Fleet360 for every customer engagement personally.

• Evaluate data integrity across various workbooks or source systems, identifying incompleteness or structural issues prior to them becoming a problem during go-live.

• Establish confidence with enterprise customers through proactive communication, setting clear expectations, and building trust well in advance of any potential issues.

• Manage a portfolio of 6 to 8 concurrent enterprise engagements at any time, ensuring every workstream, stakeholder commitment, and open item is assigned to a responsible owner with a specific deadline.

• Achieve the agreed-upon go-live date for at least 90% of assigned engagements each quarter, identifying at-risk timelines and presenting a mitigation plan at least two weeks prior to any delays.

• Document 100% of customer scope variations in the account record, escalating those requiring an addendum within two business days of discovery.

• Maintain a customer satisfaction rating of 90% or higher across completed enterprise implementations on a quarterly basis.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing implementation, onboarding, or project management position, with a strong preference for B2B SaaS.

• Proven experience in managing multiple stakeholders and workstreams across various departments concurrently.

• Proficient in Microsoft 365, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with a strong understanding of nested formulas, multi-condition logic, and interconnected multi-tab workbooks.

• Comfortable guiding customers through critical configuration discussions, including those with senior fleet and operations leaders.

• Demonstrated practical use of AI tools to enhance speed or accuracy in your work, along with specific examples to discuss.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Experience in fleet, fleet-adjacent, or public sector operations is preferred but not mandatory. This includes direct fleet or asset operations roles such as fleet manager, shop supervisor, or maintenance coordinator, as well as municipal, school, and EMS fleet operations.

• Familiarity with fleet-adjacent industries such as transportation and logistics, public works, construction or utilities equipment, and waste management.

• Experience with fleet-adjacent software, particularly in implementation or onboarding with other fleet, asset, or maintenance management platforms.

• Exposure to SQL or structured databases is preferred but not required, including comfort with reading relational table structures and writing or modifying basic queries.

• A Bachelor's Degree is not a requirement; relevant experience and a broad knowledge base are prioritized.
