This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Lead the ESIS support team that is accountable for user support, configuration, and data quality for ESIS/SIMS.
• Act as a primary contact for sector and enterprise security stakeholders regarding ESIS/SIMS capabilities, issues, and enhancements.
• Supervise the processing and tracking of personnel security, visit records, program access, and incident records within ESIS/SIMS.
• Collaborate with Industrial Security and Cybersecurity to ensure ESIS processes and configurations meet regulatory and customer standards.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures and user guidance for the effective use of ESIS/SIMS.
• Monitor data integrity and compliance; identify discrepancies and systemic issues, and drive corrective actions.
• Plan and prioritize the workflow of the ESIS team, including ticket triage, configuration changes, and improvement initiatives.
• Assist in testing, validation, and implementation of upgrades, patches, and new functionalities for ESIS/SIMS.
• Provide metrics and reports on ESIS usage, performance, backlog, and issue trends to leadership.
• Support and/or conduct ESIS user training and onboarding sessions.
• Work in partnership with IT, HR, and Security Shared Services to address complex issues and implement cross-functional changes.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with 3 years of relevant experience OR Associate's degree with 7 years of relevant experience OR High School Diploma with 9 years of relevant experience.
• Background in Industrial Security, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Experience in supporting or utilizing enterprise security information systems (e.g., ESIS, SIMS, JPAS/DISS, NBIS, or equivalent).
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams, projects, or workstreams.
• Strong knowledge of industrial security fundamentals and related regulations, including 32 CFR Part 117/NISPOM and DCSA requirements.
• Proven capability to interpret requirements, translate them into system/process modifications, and drive implementation.
• Excellent communication skills with security professionals, IT, and business leadership.
• Current U.S. Government Secret level security clearance or higher is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required for positions requiring government clearance.
• Preferred: Current U.S. Government Top Secret / TS/SCI clearance.
• Preferred: Direct experience as an administrator, power user, or support lead for ESIS and SIMS.
• Preferred: Prior experience in leading a small technical or operational team within a security or IT context.
• Preferred: Experience in developing and delivering training for security systems or tools.
• Preferred: Familiarity with NG enterprise security organizations, processes, and toolsets.
• Preferred: Experience in data quality initiatives, metrics development, and dashboard/report creation.
• Preferred: Ability to understand the structure and logic of common programming and query languages at a conceptual level.
• Preferred: Comfort in reading code snippets or scripts to engage in technical discussions.
• Preferred: Skill in bridging communication between technical and non-technical teams.
