This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• In the role of Senior Account Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to C-level clients, focusing on the positioning and sale of high-value consulting and professional services engagements that facilitate digital, agile, and organizational transformation.
• Identify strategic opportunities, tailor service solutions, and coordinate internal consulting and delivery teams to maximize value and foster sustainable revenue growth.
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships, ensuring alignment between service delivery and client expectations, while contributing to the overall commercial strategy.
• Employ value-based selling and Win-Win-Win (Client-Atlassian-Valiantys) positioning to generate measurable benefits for clients, your organization, and partners.
• Lead discovery and advisory discussions with senior stakeholders to pinpoint business challenges and transformation objectives.
• Collaborate with consulting leadership to create impactful transformation programs.
• Ensure adherence to reporting standards and manage key financial metrics.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in IT or professional services sales, preferably within consulting, cloud transformation, or enterprise solution delivery.
• A proven track record of selling high-value, multi-year consulting engagements rather than software licenses.
• Demonstrated ability to hunt for and develop new enterprise accounts, with a significant portion of your activities dedicated to prospecting.
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools is a plus, although expertise in transformation and organizational change is prioritized.
• Strong strategic thinking skills, capable of developing and executing account and territory plans based on analytical data and market insights.
• Ability to navigate complex sales cycles to secure high-value deals.
• Proficient in establishing trust and nurturing long-term relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
• Comfortable communicating with clients in both English and German; knowledge of French is an advantage.
