This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Cultivate and oversee relationships with C-level and senior executives within targeted industries in the U.S. market.
• Identify and seize new business prospects through strategic outreach and relationship development.
• Comprehend client challenges and convert them into valuable commercial proposals and solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from identifying and qualifying opportunities to negotiation and closing.
• Partner with cross-functional and multicultural teams in LATAM to create and deliver customized service offerings.
• Utilize market insights and industry expertise to position distinct solutions effectively.
• Establish and sustain a robust pipeline of opportunities within targeted sectors.
• Propel revenue growth through long-lasting partnerships and strategic account management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management, or similar fields.
• Over 5 years of experience in consultative B2B sales within IT services and/or talent solutions (staff augmentation).
• Documented success in selling to the U.S. market and managing intricate enterprise sales cycles.
• Preferred experience working with clients in the Fintech, SaaS, or Retail sectors.
• Strong capability to engage and influence C-level executives.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities, formulate proposals, and finalize deals.
• Experience working collaboratively with distributed or multicultural teams.
