This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +6 more states.
• Sell to major Global System Integrators (GSI) for their internal business utilization.
• Evaluate the territory and market potential, creating a sales strategy to optimize revenue opportunities for UiPath.
• Meet the established sales targets and outcomes within the quarterly timeline.
• Advocate for the UiPath brand in the market by presenting, promoting, and selling the UiPath enterprise automation platform using a value-based selling approach.
• Inform customers on how UiPath solutions can provide financial and professional benefits.
• Build, develop, and sustain positive business relationships with customers in the territory.
• Cultivate trusted connections with local partners and global systems integrators to generate new opportunities and ensure successful customer implementations.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager team to guarantee that customers receive maximum value and promptly address any arising issues.
• Keep track of industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to comprehend specific customer needs.
• Work together with other sales executives and cross-functional teams to promote knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Investigate methods of integrating automation into daily operations.
• Over 7 years of experience in solution/value selling.
• More than 3 years of experience with Enterprise Accounts.
• A comprehensive understanding of Global System Integrators and effective selling strategies to engage them is essential.
• Capability to convey new and complex ideas in a simplified manner that generates strong interest in the solution.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving quotas year-over-year and successfully expanding an enterprise client portfolio.
• Demonstrated success in selling new business and acquiring new logos consistently.
• High proficiency in cross-functional collaboration and the ability to influence both internally and externally.
• Skillful in navigating client organizations and establishing key contacts across various departments and levels of leadership, including the c-suite.
• Provide valuable insights aimed at enhancing customers’ business operations.
• Employ a research and data-driven approach to account planning; proactively identify opportunities through business-led discussions.
• Self-motivated individual committed to the team's success.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred.
• An automation-first mindset.
• Willingness to travel up to approximately 50%.
