This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Engage in proactive client acquisition and provide consultative assistance through telephone and WhatsApp, identifying client needs and steering negotiations to successful closure.
• Oversee the entire sales process, including follow-up after sales, to ensure customer satisfaction, foster loyalty, and identify new opportunities.
• Manage and maintain a portfolio of clients, employing empathy and a consultative strategy to mitigate churn and keep the client base engaged.
• Seek out new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and demands.
• Document all interactions and transactions in internal systems, ensuring data integrity and contributing to commercial objectives.
• Completion or ongoing pursuit of higher education;
• Experience working with corporate (B2B) clients, ideally in retention and sales positions;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
• Familiarity with dialer tools;
• Strong verbal communication abilities;
• Flexibility and empathy in providing customer service;
• Strong negotiation capabilities.
