This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Develop and oversee the regional sales pipeline to meet designated revenue goals.
• Build and sustain robust business relationships with customers, EPCs, OEMs, and channel partners.
• Perform comprehensive market and competitive analysis to uncover growth opportunities and devise territory strategies.
• Present persuasive technical and commercial information to showcase Honeywell’s value proposition.
• Assist and mentor channel partners through sales enablement initiatives, including product training and opportunity development.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams, such as product management, engineering, and proposal groups, to create effective pursuit strategies.
• Supply market intelligence and insights on customer requirements to guide future product development.
• Ensure the precise and prompt updating of sales activities and forecasts in the CRM system.
• Represent the organization at pertinent industry forums, exhibitions, and customer events throughout the region.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Instrumentation, Electronics, or related fields).
• At least 10 to 12 years of pertinent sales experience in the industrial automation and control sector.
• Strong grasp of DCS, PLC, & SCADA systems, along with related industrial solutions.
• Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical and specialty chemical customers.
• Proven experience working with or selling to End Users, EPCs, OEMs, and indirect channels.
• Openness and capability to travel extensively within the region, approximately 50 to 60% of the time.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Specialized knowledge in SpecChem, Pharma, and Infrastructure Projects.
