• Generate new business by establishing relationships and closing deals with executive-level decision makers.
• Apply strong business insight, technical skills, and a proactive sales approach.
• Act as a trusted advisor by effectively discovering and addressing your customers’ needs and challenges.
• Collaborate closely with a team of Sales Development Representatives who will support you in maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified sales leads.
• Team up with Pre-Sales Engineers to articulate and demonstrate the advantages of TeamDynamix’s solutions to decision makers.
• Achieve or surpass quarterly and annual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide consistent and accurate sales forecasts.
• A minimum of 5 years of SaaS sales experience in the enterprise sector with a proven track record of success.
• At least 2 years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), Enterprise Service Management (ESM), and/or IT Asset Management and Measurement (ITAMM).
• A verifiable history of exceeding sales quotas, building robust pipelines, and closing deals.
• Ability to drive sales initiatives from lead generation through to closing.
• Proficient in managing extended sales cycles and influencing a committee of key decision makers to take action.
• Expertise in contract negotiation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Strong skills in enterprise-level discovery and the ability to engage multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent presentation skills and a polished, professional demeanor.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time as required for prospect meetings and industry events.
• Self-motivated with a relentless work ethic.
• Ideally located in the Central or Pacific time zones.
