• Proven experience in B2B healthcare SaaS sales, particularly in enterprise or complex sales settings.
• Some familiarity with selling to healthcare organizations such as health systems, IDNs, oncology departments, or specialty pharmacies, with a desire to expand this knowledge.
• Understanding of the patient affordability landscape (e.g., copay assistance, foundation support, reimbursement navigation) is advantageous, but not mandatory.
• Strong skills in relationship-building, communication, and presentation.
• Demonstrated ability or keen interest in pipeline development, including sourcing and cultivating new opportunities.
• Solid grounding in sales and negotiation principles, coupled with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Quick learning capability, receptiveness to feedback, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• High motivation, resilience, and a growth-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel 30–50% of the time.
