This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +3 more states.
• Drive the growth of new business and enhance strategic customer relationships within the healthcare sector.
• Identify, cultivate, and finalize enterprise software opportunities with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, animal health, and medical device companies.
• Formulate and implement territory and account strategies to achieve and surpass annual revenue goals.
• Identify, assess, and develop new enterprise sales prospects within the healthcare market.
• Manage intricate, consultative sales processes from initial prospecting to contract completion.
• Establish and nurture relationships with mid- to executive-level decision-makers and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Account Management, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to facilitate customer acquisition and ensure long-term client success.
• Keep accurate client pipeline records and maintain CRM documentation.
• Deliver customer presentations, product demonstrations, and engage in value-based business discussions.
• Remain updated on healthcare industry trends, market dynamics, competitive offerings, and regulatory factors.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer engagements.
• Work with leadership on strategic account planning and market expansion efforts.
• Report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.
• Focus on a designated region.
• 5–10 years of experience in enterprise sales within healthcare technology, SaaS, digital health, or related fields.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enterprise sales quotas.
• Experience in managing lengthy and complex B2B sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
• Preferred strong understanding of pharmaceutical organizations, their workflows, and purchasing processes.
• Demonstrated capability to establish relationships with mid to executive-level customers and negotiate complex contracts.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools for pipeline management and forecasting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling abilities.
• Capability to leverage AI tools for managing routine business activities.
• A bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Equivalent professional sales experience may be accepted in place of formal education.
• Additional healthcare or sales certifications are considered beneficial.
• Location: NY/NJ/CT Tri-State Area or Greater Philadelphia.
• Expectation of over 50% travel.
• Target Annual Bonus: 45% of base salary based on company and individual performance.
