This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan aimed at meeting revenue goals and enhancing market visibility.
• Discover and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, building channel partnerships, networking, lead generation campaigns, and referrals.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with potential customers, comprehending their business requirements and offering customized solutions.
• Create and sustain a continuous pipeline of potential customers.
• Oversee the new business sales cycle from the initial contact to closing, ensuring precise forecasting and reporting.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on all Keeper products, remaining knowledgeable about updates, changes, and new offerings.
• Conduct high-level sales presentations and negotiations to secure significant enterprise contracts.
• Balance scheduling weekly sales meetings with new clients.
• Engage in cold call/role play activities and accompany colleagues on cold calls.
• Collaborate with the legal and sales operations teams to manage the preparation of proposals and execution of contracts, ensuring clarity and agreement on all terms.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential challenges.
• Ability to travel to and from customer meetings (locally, nationally, and internationally) and rent and/or operate a vehicle on behalf of the company.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software sales.
• Experience in selling identity access management solutions, including PAM (privileged access management).
• Proven success in selling software to IT organizations.
• Established relationships with CTOs, CIOs, and CISOs, and ability to cultivate C-level relationships within complex global organizations.
• Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
• Experience with web-conferencing demonstrations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle.
• A history of exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail, effective communication skills (both verbal and written), and interpersonal skills to foster positive, growth-oriented professional relationships.
• A positive attitude, team-oriented approach, results-driven mindset, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
