This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Collaborate closely with the North American Sales team to assist in acquiring enterprise customers throughout the sales process.
• Create, develop, and deliver highly engaging, customized product demonstrations of our API-first platform to potential clients.
• Design intricate promotional rules and validation workflows, guiding enterprise clients on how to translate complex loyalty logic into our adaptable API.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions and lead practical proofs of concept (POCs).
• Take ownership of the functional and technical quality of RFI/RFP submissions for enterprise prospects.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to create solution architectures.
• Proactively recognize and address technical risks to ensure seamless delivery and long-term client satisfaction.
• Provide technical insights to support sales initiatives, including estimating implementation scopes and evaluating total cost of ownership.
• Serve as a bridge between customers and product/engineering teams to influence the product roadmap and drive innovation.
• Over 3 years of experience in a technical pre-sales or consulting capacity, such as Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or a similar role.
• A proven history of working within eCommerce, retail technology, ERP, Web CMS, PIM, or related ecosystems.
• Demonstrated capability in developing and delivering compelling live demonstration sessions of API-first platforms to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both in writing and verbally.
• Strong technical knowledge of software architecture, APIs, data flows, and IT system integrations.
• A keen interest in the digital commerce sector and emerging technologies related to composable commerce and MACH architectures.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to deconstruct complex issues.
• A customer-centric approach with the ability to prioritize, make informed decisions, and guide recommendations through to execution.
• Experience with loyalty or promotional systems is a plus.
• Native English speaker, with fluent Spanish communication skills being an advantage.
