Enterprise Sales Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• Assisting the Sales Engineer department by providing best practices and processes.

• Working closely with sales team members throughout the sales cycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

• Over 3 years of experience in a Pre-Sales, Engagement Management, or LMS implementation consultant role.

• Prior experience in a SaaS B2B environment is desirable; familiarity with LMS is a plus.

• Solid understanding of enterprise technologies and systems, such as SSO, CRM, ERP, or HRISA.

• A proactive “can do” mindset, viewing challenges as opportunities for enhancing 360learning's success.

• Willingness to travel for conferences and on-site visits.

• Strong sales instincts and a passion for engaging with prospective clients at all stages of the sales process.

• A keen interest in the intersection of technology, business, and learning.

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• A strong capacity to convey technical expertise while maintaining an energetic and positive approach.
