This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• In the role of an Enterprise SDR, you will be at the forefront of our go-to-market strategy.
• You will strategically identify and engage with high-value accounts across targeted industries, cultivating multi-threaded relationships with senior stakeholders and initiating conversations that pave the way for transformative enterprise agreements.
• This role is not about high-volume, indiscriminate prospecting.
• You will work with precision, closely collaborating with Account Executives, marketing, and product teams to connect with the right personas at the optimal time in organizations where AI governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance are critical priorities.
• 1-2 years of experience in an enterprise SDR, BDR, or account development position within a B2B SaaS or technical setting.
• Proven record of consistently meeting or surpassing pipeline creation goals and KPIs.
• Experience in prospecting within large, complex enterprise organizations that have multi-stakeholder buying committees.
• Exceptional outbound communication skills — capable of crafting compelling, personalized cold emails and confidently engaging in discovery calls with senior executives.
• Strong research and account planning abilities, including the capacity to map organizational structures and pinpoint the right entry points.
• Highly organized and process-oriented, with experience utilizing CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms (such as Apollo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or equivalent).
• Self-driven, persistent, and resilient — thriving in fast-paced startup environments where processes are still evolving.
• Experience selling to regulated sectors such as financial services, healthcare, or insurance (Preferred).
• Familiarity with compliance and risk management concepts, or experience in selling GRC, cybersecurity, data privacy, or AI/ML platform solutions (Preferred).
• Understanding of AI governance trends, including knowledge of the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, or model risk management (SR 11-7) (Preferred).
• Exposure to account-based selling strategies and enterprise deal cycles lasting more than 6 months (Preferred).
• Experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup where you contributed to building or refining SDR processes from the ground up (Preferred).
