Enterprise Risk Officer, ECRM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development of essential elements of the Enterprise Risk Management program

• Oversee and coordinate fundamental risk work-streams such as the enterprise risk register and risk assessments

• Collaborate closely with Compliance, Legal, Security, Product, and other critical stakeholders

• Ensure the enterprise risk framework is robust, auditable, and suitable for a rapidly scaling business

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in supporting or executing risk management activities within a regulated or structured environment

• Knowledge of identifying, assessing, and monitoring risks

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in risk, compliance, audit, or a related area

• Strong understanding of enterprise risk and risk management control frameworks

• Experience in drafting and creating policies, procedures, and risk mitigation plans

• Highly analytical with the ability to evaluate complex information

• Capability to establish processes and maintain risk registers

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders

• Experience in promoting risk awareness through collaboration with business units

• Dedication to continuous improvement in risk processes and frameworks
