This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Collaborate with senior GTM executives in the FinServ sector to create and implement strategies that innovate their revenue operations using Gong’s AIOS.
• Analyze existing FinServ customer processes and align them with AI-driven workflows that lead to revenue generation.
• Implement adoption initiatives that promote behavioral transformation and integrate Gong into the daily functions of teams.
• Leverage data-driven insights to measure tangible business outcomes that highlight Gong’s ROI and strategic significance.
• Take charge of the renewal strategy and its execution, working alongside cross-functional teams to foster growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee an outstanding customer experience throughout the entire customer journey.
• Over 10 years of demonstrated experience in managing intricate enterprise accounts with numerous stakeholders.
• Experience engaging with FinServ clients or working within the FinServ sector.
• Proven history of managing relationships with senior stakeholders (VP and C-suite) and leading discussions around value and ROI.
• Strong enthusiasm for promoting customer centricity by leveraging internal stakeholders such as Sales, Product, Support, Marketing, and executives.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• A data-driven approach with an emphasis on achieving measurable outcomes.
• A genuine passion for enhancing customer results and contributing to a high-performance, accountable work culture.
