Enterprise Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee enterprise programs that align with management's strategic priorities.

• Monitor and manage program deliverables, backlog items, and ensure proper prioritization.

• Maintain a communication schedule that addresses gap and risk management, prioritization, and user acceptance.

• Enhance program development frameworks to create superior offerings that lead to increased business success.

• Assist GTT's ePMO organization in defining and adjusting outcomes based on conflicting priorities.

• Facilitate concurrent development efforts within our ePMO organization to bolster project and program initiatives aimed at improving digital adoption.

• Collaborate with Product Management, Architecture & Engineering, Design & Development teams to ensure deliverables are well understood while maintaining project timelines.

• Manage and maintain reports regarding project status and provide updates that include dependencies.

• Ensure that process enhancements and system modifications are implemented according to the operational release plan.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile and Scrum.

• Experience in managing enterprise and IT programs within a dynamic Service Provider environment.

• Ability to create project/program plans and distribute tasks effectively.

• Proven success in delivering programs on schedule and within budget, along with familiarity with product lifecycle, sales, service delivery, accounting, and service assurance.

• Capability to analyze, document, and present information to colleagues and leadership.

• Strong skills and experience with Visio and Microsoft Office Applications, including Project.

• Demonstrated knowledge of Jira and experience in utilizing this system for project tracking and management.

• Expertise in transformation strategies for digital adoption and automation.
