Enterprise Pharmacy Manager – Infusion Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• This role is responsible for endorsing and facilitating ICU Medical products and services through pre-sales initiatives, product demonstrations, educational sessions, in-service training, troubleshooting, and ensuring customer satisfaction post-sale.

• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Strategic Account Executives, integrating efforts with the Infusion Systems team and fostering clinical relationships with ICU Medical customers.

• Duties include supporting the Enterprise Sales Team (EST) in engaging with major national prospects.

• Performance objectives will be linked to annual ICU Medical device agreements and revenue targets related to the specific area this role covers.

• Serve as a liaison with Marketing, Quality, Operations, and Manufacturing concerning complaints, issues, new product introductions, revisions, and special projects or challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor of Pharmacy (BSPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• A current and valid Pharmacy license is required.

• At least 4 years of experience in acute hospital pharmacy is essential.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in implementing safety software and core interoperability features in an acute care environment.

• Familiarity with developing drug libraries for infusion pumps is necessary.

• Experience with EHR interoperability related to infusion pumps is required.

• Proven experience in providing implementation support and strategic consultation to pharmacy leadership is essential.

• The position mandates active compliance with all credentialing requirements, including COVID-19 vaccination, to fulfill the essential functions of the role at customer sites.
