
Enterprise Partner Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Generating pipelines and developing partner sales strategies.
• Establish connections with national foodservice operators and create a qualified pipeline through partner referrals, internal networks, and direct engagement.
• Formulate and implement account strategies for large, decentralized organizations by mapping their structures and identifying appropriate entry points.
• Lead comprehensive sales cycles from initial discussions through pilot programs, negotiations, and contract finalization.
• Transform wins at regional or single-site locations into multi-location or national programs.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with stakeholders at both national and regional levels across procurement, operations, sustainability, culinary, and finance.
• Ensure executive-level engagement that facilitates new opportunities and business expansion.
• Serve as the primary commercial contact from initial outreach through the growth of programs.
• Collaborate with Operations to confirm that programs can be delivered at scale prior to commitments.
• Work alongside Customer Success and Product teams to assist with pilots and onboarding processes.
• Partner with Marketing to develop industry-specific messaging and sales materials.
• Build and oversee a qualified pipeline aligned with US revenue objectives.
• Provide accurate forecasts regarding deal stages and expected closures.
• Maintain meticulous CRM documentation using HubSpot.
• Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience in foodservice, hospitality, or a related sector.
• Direct experience with national contract operators — familiarity with the structures of companies like Compass, Sodexo, or Aramark and the ability to navigate them effectively.
• Proven success in penetrating large, complex organizations and transforming relationships into revenue streams.
• Experience managing lengthy, consultative sales processes and closing deals involving multiple stakeholders.
• Comfort in collaborating with procurement teams on contract structures and negotiations.
• Strong sense of ownership, persistence, and the capability to work independently in an early-stage environment.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
