Enterprise Oncology IT & AI Strategy Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in defining and directing enterprise oncology IT and AI strategy initiatives throughout the organization.

• Analyze healthcare technology trends, interoperability strategies, and emerging AI capabilities within oncology and the wider healthcare landscape.

• Evaluate potential technology partnerships, vendors, and external solutions that align with strategic business goals.

• Act as a strategic advisor to product, engineering, commercial, and executive leadership teams.

• Examine technical and operational challenges related to enterprise software integrations and identify feasible solutions.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to pinpoint areas where external partnerships or outsourced capabilities could expedite business objectives.

• Assist enterprise customer discussions concerning oncology workflows, interoperability, digital transformation, and AI-driven healthcare initiatives.

• Offer strategic insights into healthcare software ecosystems, including oncology platforms, imaging systems, enterprise workflows, and integration frameworks.

• Work with cross-functional teams to align technology strategies with customer requirements and long-term market trends.

• Keep abreast of trends in oncology technology, healthcare AI, enterprise software, interoperability standards, and digital health innovation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.

• Experience in healthcare technology, oncology technology, enterprise software, consulting, digital health, or healthcare transformation settings.

• Previous experience in strategic product leadership, consulting, enterprise healthcare strategy, customer-facing healthcare technology leadership, or digital transformation initiatives is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across business, technical, and customer-facing organizations.

• Excellent presentation, communication, and executive influence skills.

• Willingness to travel as necessary.
